By downloading, installing, or using TwinDesktop ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TwinDesktop is a product owned and operated by KronoSense™.

TwinDesktop is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software subject to these terms.

• Personal Plan: For non-commercial, individual use only.
• Commercial Plan: Required for any business, commercial, or enterprise use.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the Software without prior written consent.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall TwinDesktop be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
